The Trump regime’s war on working people has increased daily since Trump took office just 6 months ago. From attacks on women’s and LGBTQ rights, to terrorizing immigrants, to the ban on people from majority-Muslim countries, to cuts to healthcare and environmental protections, the Trump administration has proven itself to be an enemy of the people. The Trump agenda benefits Wall Street and the 1% as millions of workers confront the reality of massive cuts to benefits and social programs. Trump’s bigoted, racist rhetoric has served to embolden the white supremacist elements in society as we see an increase in racist violence against people of color and the LGBTQ community. What is needed now more than ever is a united front across race, gender, age and nationality to fight these attacks.
