Following the convention, there will be many Sanders supporters who will not want to support Hillary Clinton or any other representative of the Democratic Party establishment entirely enmeshed with Wall Street, the corporate elites, the NSA, and the Military-Industrial Complex etc.
Sanders has already urged his followers to vote for Clinton so as to prevent the Republicans from capturing the White House. Sanders supporters should refuse to fall for another "lesser of two evils" choice, refuse to surrender and capitulate to the Democratic machine.
So what are the options past the convention and the general election? How can Sanders’ supporters continue the fight for some of the points raised in Sanders' program itself, including guaranteed health care, free college education, etc?
How about the fight for a society where political and economic power is in the hands of the working people, where the basic needs of the population and the planet are planned for and guaranteed? What are the strategies we can use to work toward these goals? How real is the opportunity for Sander’s supporters and those who choose to work outside of the Democratic Party to join forces?
