Digital Security Against Immigration Enforcement

The Justice Center en el Barrio is providing a hands on digital security training focusing on threat models that target immigrants. 

We know the government is using a massive surveillance program, but what few people know is how these surveillance techniques are being used by law enforcement and ICE against marginalized people in the U.S. We need to educate our communities about these measures and how we can protect ourselves against them.

We will be providing a hands on workshop, explaining 3 ways to protect yourselves from this threat.

La ciber seguridad frente ICE y la policía

El Centro de Justicia en El Barrio tendrá un entrenamiento para compartir las nuevas modalidades que el gobierno esta usando contra los inmigrantes. 

Ya sabemos que emplean tácticas de espionaje masivo pero sabemos menos de como emplean estos métodos contra las personas mas marginadas de los EEUU. Tenemos que educar a nuestras comunidades acerca de estas medidas y como podemos protegernos.
