International Women’s Day is a global day for protests and gatherings to celebrate the political, economic and social gains and rights women have won through militant organizing. While we celebrate the gains, we also know that we must continue to fight while every shred of our rights are under attack by the new administration. So it’s not just a celebration of gains; it is a celebration of the strength and militancy of women leading the struggle.

We demand well- paying jobs, housing, reproductive healthcare/preventive health care, education, amnesty for all immigrants and an end to violence. We demand an end to racism, anti-LGBTQ bigotry and misogyny.
