Join us for a night of food and fun at the Philadelphia Liberation Center's grand opening event!
Dinner and drinks provided - $10 donation requested.
The Philadelphia Liberation Center is a new community hub for solidarity, education, and the fight for justice in our neighborhoods.
In addition to the party, we'll hear presentations about the Philadelphia Liberation Center's perspective on the need for radical change in society and the possibilities of organizing in Kensington and throughout Philadelphia. Presenters include Eugene Puryear, a member of the Central Committee of the Party for Socialism and Liberation and host of the daily radio show By Any Means Necessary.

This is a family friendly event!
Regular events at the Philadelphia Liberation Center will include:
-Free Homework and SAT Tutoring: Wednesdays, 330pm - 530pm
-W.E.B. DuBois Readings: 1st and 3rd Saturdays monthly, 3:00pm to 5:00pm
-Political Education Study Group: 2nd and 4th Saturdays, 3:00pm - 5:00pm
-Community Film Screening: 1st Friday every month
-We also offer assistance with benefit applications!
