A white supremacist attack against anti-police brutality protestors in Minneapolis on Nov. 23 left five protesters wounded. Four days later a right-wing terrorist went on a shooting spree in a Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood clinic, killing three. 

At the same time, relentless racist media coverage in the wake of the Paris attacks has renewed the war drive and is leading to new attacks against Muslims, Arabs and immigrants.

The racists and fascists are counter-attacking, just as they always have done when the anti-racist and progressive movement has surged forward.
