Albuquerque Liberation Center vandalized

On the morning of April 19, the Albuquerque branch of the Party for Socialism and Liberation discovered that two front windows of our shared office space at the Albuquerque Liberation Center had been violently smashed using a large rock. The details of the attack on our office are unknown.

We urgently appeal for friends and supporters to help with donations so that PSL can repair the significant damage inflicted on our office and continue our important work. Additionally, we are requesting donations so we can install security bars and cameras to ensure that PSL continues to have a secure space to operate into the future.

The damage done on April 19 to the Albuquerque Liberation Center

The Party for Socialism and Liberation is an all-volunteer grassroots organization of Albuquerque residents organizing against mass inequality, climate change, war, and all of the problems that the capitalist system poses.

At the Liberation Center, organizers in Albuquerque have continued to push forward important community struggles like fighting police brutality, “Stop the Stadium,” “Shut Down Q-Station,” and the new movement to “End the Prohibition on Rent Control!” We will continue to launch vital community service programs like “File-Together, Fight-Together” (which helped over 500 technologically deprived households apply for unemployment benefits), our vaccine registration and community education program, and our hugely successful annual Socialist Sleigh holiday distribution event!

You can help the new Albuquerque Liberation Center by making a much-needed donation. Your donation will contribute directly to the costs of the repairs, window bars, and a security system.
